“Cindr” is a service provided by Cindr Limited.
“Cindr’s corporate site” refers to Cindr branded websites that Cindr Limited use for marketing of, or information about, Cindr Limited, its products or its services and not those directly affiliated with customers.
“Cindr sites” refers to websites designed and/or hosted by Cindr on behalf of its customers.
“Customer” or “you” refers to an individual or corporate body using the services of Cindr Limited.
“Cindr” or “We” refers to Cindr Limited who provide the Cindr service.
Cindr.com uses cookies to provide information regarding users of Cindr and the devices used by someone visiting our Cindr.com and using the Cindr application. These are usually stored on your device.

The prices for Cindr sites are subject to change. In this circumstance we will provide 30 days notice. We will do this by emailing you and updating cindr.com.
All payments are billed in US Dollar (USD). Any amounts displayed in any currency other than USD are today’s equivalent conversion in that particular currency, as according to http://finance.yahoo.com. The amount you are billed may very slightly month to month due to currency fluctuation.
All payments made with regards to Cindr sites must be made by debit or credit card and payable every calendar month. This payment is taken automatically.
Your payment date will be the same as the date you made your first payment. For example if you made your first payment on the 29th of May, payment will be taken on the 29th of each month thereafter.
If that date does not exist in any given month then payment will be taken the next available day (for example if there is no 29th February, then the February payment will be taken on 1st March).
Unfortunately, we don’t allow refunds or the option to opt our of your monthly subscription early. If you are having trouble cancelling your subscription please email us.
Cindr do not accept liability for any losses or damages (material or otherwise) caused to customers resulting from the provision, or loss, of services we provide.
Cindr is not making a claim that the services it provides are free of error and interruptions. Whilst all efforts are made to ensure system security, it offers no guarantee that this is the case.
By using Cindr’s service you are indemnifying Cindr, its employees, and partners, from any claims made by 3rd parties arising from you breaching these terms.
If you wish to completely remove your Cindr site, you may do this at any time by emailing [email protected]. We will then contact you to arrange a suitable date to remove the site.
By signing up to Cindr, you agree to receive certain notification and marketing communications. These include (but are not exclusive to) updates on software releases and other changes and additions to our service. We will never pass on your details to third party companies for marketing purposes.
You can unsubscribe to these emails at any time by clicking the ‘unsubscribe’ link in the emails. Active customers will also receive mandatory billing communication from time to time.
We have certain, reasonable expectations of the use of, and the material contained within, a Cindr site.
We may therefore choose to remove anything that we consider inappropriate including material we consider obscene, libellous, defamatory, or otherwise unlawful or objectionable.
If you are suspected of committing any financial crime with relation to your Cindr site, we may immediately suspend your account or delete your site without notice, and report the issue to the appropriate authorities.
While we don’t want to place limits on your creative impulses, if you take actions that place an unreasonable load on Cindr’s infrastructure, such as using your Cindr site solely for file sharing, then we reserve the right to delete your site without notice.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend or terminate our service for any reason, without notice at any time.
