Performance issues and steps to correct

There are certain identified performance issues that occur within Cindr on devices that are running browser extensions. These include (but are not exclusive to) screen freeze while scrolling or logging out, problems with Cindr Facebook integration, and system slowness.

Unfortunately there is nothing we can do to solve issues arising from the effect of certain browsers extensions. This is a common problem for web-based software.

If you are encountering performance problems we would advise you take the following steps…

– Log out of Cindr (this is found in the Account area of the Side Menu)

– Disable browser extensions

– Log back in to Cindr 

– Refresh your page and clear your cache
